The Preserved Seed Cafe

We don't quite fit into the category of what you'd call a 'normal' eatery.  We keep odd hours, and our menu is small.  Our hope is that you won't find what you might expect, but that you'd find something even better!

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide you with something that is getting harder and harder to find these days - true food.  We use wholesome and organic ingredients and put as much care as possible into the preparation of each dish.  We want our customers to be nourished on every level and strive to provide good food in a warm atmosphere at a price that you can afford. 

What's New?

• Our Nelson location is open late from Monday evening through Friday afternoon.
• Friday at 3pm we shut down for the sake of the Sabbath.  
• Now Chilliwack has a Preserved Seed, too!  That's right, Chilliwack!
